Private and Small Group Yoga Classes


I found yoga in 2013 while going through a difficult transition in my life. Yoga gave me so much, strength, flexibility, confidence, peace, the list could go on and on. I benefited so much from yoga that I immediately wanted to share it with everyone. In October 2014 I completed my 200 Hour Certification through Cloud 9 Yoga. I am currently in the process of completing my 500 Hour Certification with Mark Stephens at Santa Cruz Yoga. Mark has written some of the most comprehensive books on teaching yoga, yoga sequencing, yoga adjustments, and most recently yoga therapy. Many programs use his books for their teacher training programs.  I have had the privilege of teaching everything from large classes in a studio setting to one-on-one private classes. I believe yoga should be affordable and accessible to everyone regardless of shape, size, age, or income level. 


My rates vary depending on the frequency, distance, and size of each class. My goal is to provide everyone who joins me in a class with a safe, fun, and transformational experience. To arrange session click the button below. 







My intention is to design safe, fun, and transformative classes for students across all levels of experience. I endeavor to provide each student with a fun and non-judgmental space with which to connect their mind, body, and spirit, regardless of physical limitations or background.
