PhilosophAnne is a mechanical engineer with a passion for environmentalism and philosophy. She lives in Michigan with her husband and their two cats. She was raised in a Catholic family in the Midwest and was unable to maintain her faith after she started seriously questioning as a young adult. Several years of doubt eventually led her to cut ties with the church and become a humanist. She hopes that other people will share their disagreements and participate in friendly debate for the purpose of understanding each other and working to find the right answers to big questions.
